Our Holistic Studio is a calm and protected space in the heart of Kuta Lombok, dedicated to healing, regulation and integration, whether you come from the ocean or from everyday life.

Located above our surf shop, this space exists as a place to slow down, reconnect and go deeper. All sessions are offered as a gentle invitation, never pushed, always aligned with where you are.

Through energetic healing, breathwork, surf recovery yoga and sound healing, we support:

• nervous system regulation

• emotional and energetic release

• embodiment and integration

• deeper connection to yourself

You don’t need to surf to be here.
You only need the feeling that your system is asking for space, softness and alignment.
