At You & Me Holistic Surf School in Kuta Lombok, we guide you to surf with awareness, safety and deep respect for the ocean. It’s about building trust with the ocean, understanding your body, regulating your nervous system and learning to move with what is - in the water and within yourself.

And for those who feel there is more, we offer the space to slow down, integrate and reconnect on a deeper level. In our Holistic Studio right above our Shop we offer sessions like breathwork, energetic healings and surf recovery yoga - creating experiences that go far beyond surfing.

Above our surf shop you’ll find our Holistic Studio where we offer sessions to help you slow down, integrate, heal and reconnect with yourself. Try out our Breathwork or Energetic Healing Sessions, Surf Recovery Yoga and Sound Healing.

For those who want to host their own offerings, workshops or group sessions in Kuta Lombok and don’t have a studio of their own?
We have the space for you: Our Holistic Studio can be rented per session.
